1. When will I receive my ebook?

Your download link is delivered automatically to your email address right after your order is confirmed. Please check your inbox — and your spam or junk folder — within a few minutes of placing your order.

2. How do I find my download link?

Look for an order confirmation email from Iwali Amira. It will contain a "Download" button or link for each ebook you purchased. Click the link to save the file to your device.

3. What file format is the ebook?

Your ebook will be delivered in [FILE FORMAT — e.g., PDF or EPUB]. Please update this placeholder once your file format is confirmed.

4. What apps can I use to read my ebook?

We recommend the following free reading apps depending on your device:

  • iPhone / iPad: Apple Books (built-in), or Amazon Kindle
  • Android: Amazon Kindle or Google Play Books
  • Computer (Mac / PC): Adobe Acrobat Reader (for PDF), or Adobe Digital Editions (for EPUB)
  • E-reader (Kindle, Kobo, etc.): Transfer the file via USB or email it to your device's registered email address.

5. How do I open the ebook on my phone or tablet?

After downloading the file, tap "Open in..." or "Share" and choose your preferred reading app from the list. On iPhone or iPad, you can also choose "Open in Books" to add it directly to Apple Books.

6. How do I open the ebook on my computer?

Once downloaded, double-click the file. Your computer will open it with the default program for that file type, or you can right-click and select "Open with" to choose a reading app such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.

7. Can I re-download my ebook if I lose it?

Yes! Your download link remains active for a limited time after purchase. If your link has expired or you need a fresh copy, email us at Team@IwaliAmira.com with your order number and we'll be happy to assist you.

8. Can I share the ebook with others?

Your purchase is for personal use only. Please do not share, copy, or redistribute the file. Each copy is licensed to the individual buyer.

9. What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

10. I'm having trouble with my download. How do I get help?
